BBQ Corn


  • 4 cobs corn
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup Apple Ginger BBQ Sauce



  1. Husk and clean the cobs of corn. Set aside.
  2. Mix together in a small bowl, cayenne pepper, salt and olive oil.
  3. Brush oil mixture all over corn.
  4. Place corn on grill on low heat and cook for 20 minutes until tender. Turn Frequently.
  5. Brush Apple Ginger all over corn and keep in grill for 4 more minutes turning occasionally until done.

Serves 4.   Enjoy!
