BBQ Pork Satay
- Soak Bamboo skewers in water for 20 minutes.
- Clean pork tenderloin cut into thin slices about 1" wide and 3" long.
- Rub salt and pepper all over pork.
- Thread the pork lengthwise on to skewers as shown in pictures.
- B.B.Q on medium heat turning occasionally for 5 minutes.
- Baste with Apple Ginger BBQ sauce and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
- After pork is completely cooked, serve.
