BBQ Pork Satay

  Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 cup Eadrey's Apple Ginger B.B.Q sauce
  • Salt & pepper
  • 16 -18 bamboo skewers

 

Directions

  1. Soak Bamboo skewers in water for 20 minutes.
  2. Clean pork tenderloin cut into thin slices about 1" wide and 3" long.
  3. Rub salt and pepper all over pork.
  4. Thread the pork lengthwise on to skewers as shown in pictures.
  5. B.B.Q on medium heat turning occasionally for 5 minutes.
  6. Baste with Apple Ginger BBQ sauce and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
  7. After pork is completely cooked, serve.
