Chipotle Potato Wedges

  Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 cup of panco bread brumbs (Japanese style bread crumbs)
  • 2 tbs Chipotle BBQ Dry Rub
  • ΒΌ Cup olive oil

Directions

  1. Mix bread crumb & Chipotle BBQ dry rub together in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. Wash potatoes then cut in wedges and place in a large ziploc bag.
  3. Pour olive oil all over potatoes, coating completely.
  4. Put all the bread crumb mixture in bag and shake well.
  5. Arrange potato wedges, cut side up, in a baking pan.
  6. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350°F.
  7. Remove and serve as a side dish.
