Chipotle Potato Wedges
- Mix bread crumb & Chipotle BBQ dry rub together in a small bowl and set aside.
- Wash potatoes then cut in wedges and place in a large ziploc bag.
- Pour olive oil all over potatoes, coating completely.
- Put all the bread crumb mixture in bag and shake well.
- Arrange potato wedges, cut side up, in a baking pan.
- Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350°F.
- Remove and serve as a side dish.
