Cod and Tiger Shrimp Jerk

For the seafood lover in you.


  • 1 lb of cod (thick sliced)
  • 1 dozen Tiger Shrimp
  • 1 large Spanish onion
  • 2-tbs Jerk Marinade (Beginner's or Advanced)
  • 1-tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon


Cod and Tiger Shrimp Jerk


  1. Peel and clean the Tiger Shrimp.
  2. In a large bowl place cod and shrimp.
  3. Slice the onion and set aside .
  4. Spread the Jerk Marinade all over the shrimp and cod.
  5. Place a medium skillet on the stove top at medium heat and add 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  6. Place onion slices in the skillet and sauté for 3 minutes on medium heat.
  7. Add the cod to the skillet and continue to sauté for 5 minutes on each side on low heat.
  8. Add shrimp and sauté for 3 more minutes.
  9. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze half of lemon juice onto the cod and shrimp.
  10. Slice the other half of lemon for garnish on top of fish.
  11. Cover and simmer for 3 more minutes.
