Grilled Lamb Chops with Jerk Rub


  • 4 lamb loin chops, about 1 inch thick
  • 1 tablespoon jerk dry rub
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped rosemary


  1. Mix jerk rub and rosemary together.
  2. Rub into lamb chops and set aside.
  3. Preheat bbq gills to medium heat.
  4. Grill lamb chop about 5 minutes per side for medium rare (cooking will depend on thickness of lamb chops).

Serve 2 per person with grilled vegetables and salad.   Enjoy!
