Grilled Salmon Skewers

 Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb. of salmon filet without skin and de-boned
  • 12 skewers
  • 2 tablespoon of dry rub
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

  1. Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Cut salmon into 1 1/2 inch chunks.
  3. Tread 3-4 pieces of salmon on each skewer.
  4. Brush olive all over salmon skewers.
  5. Sprinkle with dry all over.
  6. On a greased grill over medium heat place the skewers and grill for 8-10 minutes turning twice.

Serve with summer salad or grilled vegetables.   Enjoy!
