Jerk Cod Fillets

 Ingredients

  • 4 fresh cod fillets
  • 1 cup of bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup of Jerk Dry Rub
  • 1/4 cup of Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Mix bread crumb & jerk dry rub together in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. Put cod fillets on a large platter and pour olive oil all over the cod.
  3. Dip each each piece of cod in bread crumb mixture.
  4. Arrange the cod on a baking pan.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
  6. Remove and serve.
