Meatballs With Peppercorn Cream Sauce

 Ingredients

  • 2 lb Lean Ground Meat
  • ¾ cup bread crumb
  • ¼ cup Peppercorn Marinade

Sauce Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 3 tablespoon Peppercorn Marinade
  • 11/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup 5 % cream
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoon butter

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine minced beef, peppercorn marinade & bread crumb.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Shape into 1 inch balls.
  4. Place on a baking pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350°F.
  5. Remove from oven and set aside.

Sauce Directions

  1. Melt butter in a sauce pan at medium heat.
  2. Add flour, peppercorn marinade.
  3. Whisk together until smooth.
  4. Add cream and broth.
  5. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Add cooked meatballs to sauce and place in a sauce pan in oven for 30 minutes at 350°F.
