Seared Tuna Steak

Bean Salad Dressing Ingredients

1/4 cup peppercorn marinade

1 tablespoon cilantro minced

2 tablespoon white vinegar

1/4 cup lemon Juice

1/4 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon sugar

Directions
- Coat the tuna steak with peppercorn and set aside for 20 min.
- Drain beans in colander.
- Place beans in a bowl, add cherry tomatoes cut in halves, shaved onions.
- Mix together dressing for bean salad, peppercorn, white vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, sugar and cilantro.
- Combine beans and dressing.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
- Heat a non stick skillet over high heat.
- Remove the tuna steaks form marinade and sear them for 1 1/2 minute on each side.
- Remove from skillet and rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice tuna into 1/4- inch thick slices.
- Plate with bean salad.
- Pour extra dressing over tuna and serve
